We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that complete bikes may be subject to a restocking fee if they have been assembled or ridden.
Do Santa Cruz frames come with a warranty?
Yes, we provide a limited lifetime warranty for the original owner on all frames and Reserve wheels. Bearings are also covered under a lifetime replacement policy.
