At Santa Cruz Bicycles, we stand behind our products and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear or components aren't quite right, you can return most items in new, unused condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels are attached to maintain eligibility for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
